What an unbelievable week it has been here in Sun Peaks, BC. From what began as a snow based celebration 18 years ago in Mayrhofen Austria, has now crossed continents and set up home in amazing Sun Peaks, Canada. You guys travelled from all corners of the country to come party 7060 ft up and for that we salute you! It's been 4 unbelievable days of music, dancing, shredding and hot-tubbing and who would want to change a second of it? From partying at Coors Light Basecamp with Oliver Heldens to getting down with Getter in the Underground Stage, it's been awesome! Ludacris blasted us into another stratosphere with a set overflowing with Luda hits while Kaskade took laser shows to another level, all this hunkered down in the majestic & magical setting of the Forest Stage, surrounded on all sides by those beautiful snow-covered mountains and trees. It's was an experience like no other.
Coors Light Snowbombing Canada 2017, the beginning of a beautiful relationship...
What went down in Sun Peaks
Well, what can we say? That was simply spectacular!
Across the 4 days, there has been tons of laughter, dancing our feet off and falling over in the snow more times than we will ever admit to anyone (if they didn't see it, it didn't happen). One of the biggest highlights of the weekend HAD to be The Ride & Seek presented by Coors Light on Saturday. Anyone who can do a ski and jump down a slope and across water while dressed as a T-Rex has two thumbs up from us! Everyone who took part in slush cup and took the plunge into the icy pool. You're all winners in our eyes.
Coors Light Snowbombing Canada truly is the sum of all it's parts. It is all that it is because of all of you and we wouldn't have it an other way. It's only natural to feel the blues after such an unbelievably awesome time. But when you're feeling sad and reminiscent - just remember... we'll be doing it all over again in 2018.
Thank you for coming out to party with us over the past few days. We're stoked to see what we can bring you in the future. You've been awesome and we love you all.
